Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and care
Operate POS system
Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cash handling duties responsibly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food preparation stations and dining spaces
Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about ingredients or dietary needs, and provide outstanding customer service
Follow food safety protocols, proper food handling procedures, and sanitation standards at all times




Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality

Qualifications
Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly preferred
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to multitask efficiently in a quick-paced environment
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
Daytime and weekend availability
