Duties
Provide professional haircuts, trims, shaves, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences.
Engage with clients to understand their styling needs and offer expert recommendations.
Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in compliance with health regulations to ensure safety for all clients.
Upsell additional grooming products or services to enhance the customer experience and increase retail sales.
Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments.
Communicate clearly with clients about styling options and aftercare instructions for optimal results.
Build rapport with clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat visits through excellent customer service.
Requirements
Proven experience as a barber or hairstylist with a strong portfolio of hair styling work.
Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with diverse clients.
Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining a hygienic workspace.
Ability to upsell products and services confidently while prioritizing client needs.
Strong organizational skills for managing appointments and front desk duties efficiently.
