We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Milling Programmer/Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience operating and programming CNC milling machines using Fanuc controls.
Key Responsibilities
Program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines using Fanuc controls
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds
Set up machines and perform tool changes and adjustments
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments
Make program adjustments as required to maintain quality and accuracy
Troubleshoot machining and equipment issues
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area
Follow all workplace safety and quality procedures
Qualifications
Previous experience as a CNC Milling Programmer/Operator
Strong experience with Fanuc controls
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Experience with CNC machine setup, programming, and operation
Knowledge of precision measuring tools and quality inspection
Robust attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Schedule: Monday to Friday (8am to 4pm)
Pay: $20.25-$29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
