Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Child Care Facility Director to join our team. The Care Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating care services for children in a classroom setting. This position requires a passion for caregiving and educating children.

Duties
Develop and implement care plans for children in accordance with educational goals
Monitor and assess children's progress and adjust care plans as needed
Coordinate with teachers, parents, and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for each child
Provide guidance and support to caregivers and educators on best practices in childcare
Maintain accurate records of children's care plans and progress

Qualifications




Previous experience in caregiving or early childhood education is preferred
Must have worked as a Child care facility director position for at least 4 years.
Ability to educate and communicate effectively with children
Knowledge of early childhood development principles
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
Certification or degree in early childhood education is a plus

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
