Responsibilities
Set up embroidery machines according to design specifications, including loading threads, stabilizers, and digitized files
Operate embroidery machines efficiently to produce high-quality embroidered products with precision and consistency
Monitor machine operation throughout production runs, troubleshooting issues promptly to minimize downtime
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of embroidery equipment to ensure optimal performance
Inspect finished products for quality standards, including stitch accuracy, color matching, and overall appearance
Maintain accurate production records and document any machine adjustments or repairs needed
Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output goals while adhering to safety protocols
Qualifications
Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is highly preferred
Familiarity with embroidery machines or textile manufacturing equipment is a plus
Solid attention to detail and a keen eye for quality craftsmanship
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Good manual dexterity and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot machine issues effectively
