Lakewest Ford Lincoln is currently looking for a dependable, outgoing, and customer-focused Parts Counter Person to join our team! If you have strong automotive parts experience and excellent communication skills, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.

Position Overview
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with the ability to work Saturdays as required).
Compensation: Starting salary of $44,000 per year plus performance-based bonuses, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
Assist retail and wholesale customers, technicians, and service advisors with purchasing automotive parts and accessories over the counter, via phone, or online.
Look up accurate parts using electronic catalogs, VINs, and inventory systems with excellent attention to detail.
Receive, stock, organize, and ship parts inventory efficiently.
Safely lift and move automotive parts, tires,



and shipments weighing up to 50 lbs.
Maintain a clean, organized, and skilled parts counter and warehouse area.

Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in an automotive setting (dealership parts department or automotive retail/service preferred).
Industry Knowledge: Strong tire knowledge is considered a major asset.
Physical Requirement: Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Personal Attributes: Reliable, outgoing personality, solid interpersonal skills, and outstanding attention to detail.
