Duties
Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently to recover and transport vehicles in various conditions
Assess vehicle situations to determine the best towing methods and equipment needed
Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly and professionally with clients and motorists
Conduct routine inspections of tow truck equipment to ensure safety and operational readiness
Assist with basic automotive repairs or mechanical troubleshooting when necessary
Maintain accurate logs of all towing activities, including locations, times, and vehicle details
Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws during operations to ensure personal and public safety
Requirements
Valid commercial driver’s license with a clean driving record
Mechanical knowledge of vehicles and towing equipment
Solid customer service skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
Knowledge of automotive repair basics for troubleshooting minor issues
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects safely
Prior experience in commercial driving or roadside assistance is preferred but not mandatory

Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
