Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, possess robust knowledge of food and beverage operations, and be skilled in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting drinks, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and safe bar area. Experience with POS systems such as Clover or TouchBistro is preferred, along with a solid background in food service and hospitality. Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cashing out guests efficiently
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring their needs are met promptly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
Ensure compliance with food safety and food handling regulations at all times




Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and prevent over-serving
Restock bar inventory as needed, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies
Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours
Adhere to all health and safety standards related to food safety, food handling, and alcohol service

Experience
Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred
Familiarity with POS systems or similar platforms is advantageous
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing tabs
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
Experience in serving alcohol responsibly and understanding liquor laws is a plus
Background in hospitality or food service environments will be beneficial for success in this role
