We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for technology sales, and the ability to engage customers through product demos and upselling techniques. The Sales Associate will be responsible for creating a welcoming shopping experience, managing transactions efficiently, and supporting merchandising efforts to enhance store presentation.

Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to facilitate informed purchasing decisions
Engage in upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities
Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling and transactions
Maintain organized merchandising displays aligned with company standards
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly




Manage cashiering duties including processing returns, exchanges, and payments with professionalism
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stock areas
Support inventory management through stock replenishment and product placement
Utilize strong communication skills to inform customers about promotions, current products, and store policies

Experience
Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in direct sales or car sales
Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM systems
Experience conducting product demos or technical sales is a plus
Bilingual or multilingual abilities (e.g., English plus another language) are highly desirable
Robust organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting
Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer service excellence
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanor

Pay: $40,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
