Do you feel like you're going in circles where you sit right now? Hitting a wall? You don't see a future there, and something in you knows it's time to level up — to challenge yourself and push past comfortable.
23 Degrees Consulting is looking for a closer to run sales and finance on a growing used vehicle lot — real inventory on the ground, real lender programs, and a real marketing engine putting buyers in front of you every single day. This isn't a desk job waiting for ups. This is a chair built for someone who hunts.
The deal
100% commission-based pay. No salary, no guarantee, no ceiling.
Outstanding pay based on experience — the better you are, the more you keep.
You decide how much you make. Work like it, earn like it.
Commission is uncapped — the more you close, the more you earn. Nobody caps your deals.
Earn on the front end AND the back end.
Sales plus finance — both sides of the deal working for you.
You
You've closed deals before — cars, finance, or both — and you can prove it.
Hungry, self-driven, don't need a babysitter.
You treat customers straight. No games, no BS.
You don't wait for the phone to ring — you make it ring.
This is for you if
You're the best salesperson in the room and nobody knows it but you.
You want a seat in something being built from the ground up — and you want in early.
This is where the circle stops. If that lit something up, let's talk.
