Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to customer specifications and company standards
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, adhering to food safety protocols
Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
Engage with customers in a friendly manner, offering upselling opportunities to enhance their experience
Manage time efficiently during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality
Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
Requirements
Prior food preparation or food service experience preferred; restaurant experience is a plus
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is advantageous
Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and transparent communication abilities
Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Experience in serving or cashiering roles within the food industry is desirable
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
