We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and experienced Pharmacy Assistant or Registered Pharmacy Technician to join our community pharmacy team.
Community pharmacy experience is preferred, ideally 2+ years, but we welcome applications from candidates with varying levels of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and provide friendly, qualified customer service
Answer phone calls and assist patients as needed
Process prescriptions using pharmacy software
Prepare and fill prescriptions accurately and efficiently
Prepare blister/compliance packs
Assist with day-to-day pharmacy workflow
Work effectively in a busy setting and manage multiple tasks
What We're Looking For:
Previous community pharmacy experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Dependable, organized,
and able to multitask
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Ontario Drug Benefit (ODB) billing experience is an asset
Experience with pharmacy software is an asset
Both Pharmacy Assistants and Registered Pharmacy Technicians are encouraged to apply.
