Duties
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting issues with enthusiasm and clarity
Conduct data entry accurately to update customer records, order details, and support tickets in our systems
Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services that meet customer needs while maintaining a customer-first approach
Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and suggest improvements for service quality
Collaborate with sales teams to support cross-selling efforts and ensure seamless customer experiences
Maintain a positive attitude and provide solutions-oriented support to resolve issues efficiently
Experience
Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably within retail, telecom, or service industries
Solid data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
Multilingual abilities, especially fluency in English and Spanish, are highly valued
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences
Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products
Experience in sales or upselling techniques that enhance customer satisfaction while meeting business goals
Knowledge of phone etiquette standards and professional demeanor during all interactions
