Shift Supervisor
Responsibilities:

Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately to process customer transactions

Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to all customers.

Collaborate with other staff during shifts to ensure smooth operations.

Provide fast, friendly, and efficient customer service.

Pump gas for customers safely.

Set up and take down merchandise displays.

Handle and clean the meat deli area according to hygiene standards.

Scoop and serve ice cream while maintaining cleanliness.

Complete daily tasks and assist with additional duties as needed.

Clean and stock the store to maintain a welcoming workplace.

Stand for long periods and lift items up to 50 lbs as required.

Address any issues that arise during your shift and elevate to the manager when necessary.

Supervise 2-3 other staff at a time.

Benefits:

Extended health care (available for employees working a minimum of 32 hours per week)

Schedule:

8 to 9 hour shifts

Day shifts, night shifts, and weekends

Experience:

Customer service experience preferred (minimum 1 year)
