Our client, the largest bank in Canada, is seeking a Development Manager for a full-time remote prospect. This role involves leading multiple development teams while managing the end-to-end application delivery process. You will oversee various project initiatives while ensuring adherence to industry standards and agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead multiple development teams of 30–50 associates
• Own end-to-end application development from design to deployment
• Manage risks, priorities, and dependencies across initiatives
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile methodologies, and engineering standards




• Provide technical oversight across applications and platforms

Requirements:
• Proven leadership in development and delivery management
• Experience with scalable and secure solution design
• Strong background in CI/CD, DevSecOps, and automation
• Ability to mentor and guide development leads and engineers
• Excellent stakeholder management and reporting skills
