We're looking for a creative, enthusiastic and energetic Kids Art Instructor to join our team at Tiny Hands Club in Langley!
We're developing an exciting instructor-led art program for children in K - grade 7, focusing on drawing, painting, sculpture, mixed media and creative expression.
What You'll Do:
Plan and lead fun, engaging art lessons for children ages 5–8. (focus group)
Teach a variety of artistic skills, including drawing, painting, sculpture and mixed media.
Develop age-appropriate projects that encourage creativity and skill development.
Incorporate interactive, movement-based art activities and team-oriented projects.
Prepare art materials, organize supplies and maintain a welcoming studio setting.
Create a positive, encouraging atmosphere where young artists can thrive
Who We're Looking For:
Someone creative, patient, energetic and passionate about working with children.
Experience teaching art, leading children's workshops or working in an educational setting.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Ability to confidently lead structured, instructor-led lessons.
Background in fine arts, education or children's programming is an asset.
