Experience in either roofing or siding is welcome. You do not need both.

What we are looking for
This is not an entry-level position.
Preferred candidates will have:
Minimum 2 years of roofing, siding, or exterior construction experience
Solid work ethic and reliable attendance
Productivity mindset and sense of urgency
Attention to detail and quality workmanship
Leadership potential and willingness to grow
Professional attitude and communication skills
Valid Class 5 driver’s license strongly preferred
Applicants with little or no construction experience may not be considered.
