Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cook/Dishwasher to join our team. This role involves preparing food, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, and supporting the overall food service operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, food handling, and ensuring a clean and efficient kitchen environment. Duties
Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards
Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans to maintain cleanliness and sanitation
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and plating
Ensure all kitchen areas are clean, organized, and comply with health and safety regulations
Support food service operations by restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality of all meals served
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in dining and kitchen areas through regular cleaning routines




Assist with other hospitality duties as needed to support team members and enhance guest satisfaction

Qualifications
Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service workplace is preferred
Knowledge of cleaning procedures and kitchen sanitation standards
Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling protocols
Basic cooking skills with an understanding of food preparation techniques
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced workplace
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings or weekends if required
