Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable, caring individual to support both animal care duties and front desk operations. This role combines hands-on patient assistance with client-facing responsibilities. Training is provided, and prior experience is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
Assist with handling, feeding, and basic care of animal patients
Clean and prepare exam rooms, kennels, and treatment areas
Support veterinarians and technicians during appointments and procedures
Safely restrain animals as needed for exams and treatments
Monitor patients under anesthesia under veterinary supervision
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Greet clients and maintain accurate patient and client records
Help maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the clinic
Qualifications
Comfortable working with dogs, cats, and small animals
Friendly, reliable, and willing to learn
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Available for weekdays, some evenings, and occasional weekends
