We’re looking for Line Cooks to join our kitchen team. Whether you’ve got years of experience behind the line or you’re looking to build your skills in a fast-paced restaurant, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

As a Line Cook, you’ll be responsible for:
Preparing and cooking Kelsey’s menu items according to our recipes and standards
Working various stations on the line, including grill, fry, sauté, and assembly
Making sure every plate goes out hot, fresh, and looking great
Setting up and stocking your station before and during each shift
Keeping your work area clean, organized, and ready for service
Following food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures
Communicating and working closely with the rest of the kitchen team
Keeping your cool and staying organized during busy rushes
Helping with prep, cleaning, and other kitchen duties as needed
