This growth is supported by a focus on operational excellence, innovation, and building modern, high-performing clinical environments.About the RoleWe’re looking for a Manager, Construction Projects to lead the planning and execution of clinic construction and renovation projects across Canada.This role is responsible for managing projects end-to-end, from design and planning through to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high-quality clinic environments that support operational and patient experience goals.What You’ll DoManage multiple construction and renovation projects simultaneously, from design through final deliveryCoordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects are executed effectivelyPartner with internal teams including Operations, Finance, and Marketing to align on project requirementsDevelop and manage project budgets, timelines,



and deliverablesConduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standardsLead tendering processes and contract negotiations with external partnersIdentify and resolve risks related to timelines, costs, and project executionPrepare and present project updates and progress reports to leadershipSupport and guide internal construction team activities and respond to clinic-related requests.What You Bring5+ years of experience in commercial multi-site construction project managementExperience in medical, dental, or healthcare environments is preferredPost-secondary education in construction management, engineering, project management, or a related fieldStrong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and construction best practicesExperience managing both internal teams and external contractors/vendorsProficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Procore, AutoCAD, or similarStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to travel across Canada as required based on project needsBilingualism (English and French) is an assetWhat Sets You ApartYou bring a structured and practical approach to project execution, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts across complex construction projects.
