Become a Maintenance Lead Hand with the County of Lennox and Addington in Greater Napanee, ON. This role involves overseeing maintenance duties and performing repairs across various county buildings.

This full time position is pivotal in supporting the mission of community well-being. You will ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks, including preparing housing units for new occupants and conducting inspections as per regulations. Candidates should possess the ability to lead a team and manage both in-house and external service inquiries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assign maintenance duties according to Works Coordinator’s direction
• Prepare housing units through repairs and clean-up




• Conduct inspections per Building and Fire Codes
• Maintain supply inventory for custodial tasks
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergencies

Requirements:
• Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) required
• Minimum three years general maintenance experience
• Knowledge of Ontario Building & Fire Codes
• Valid G licence with a satisfactory driver abstract
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
