We operate out of over 90,000 squarefeet of manufacturing facility in Fort MacLeod, AB, just 25 minutes west ofLethbridge, AB.
We are currently looking to hire a QualityCoordinator for our Fort MacLeod facility:
We are seeking a dedicatedand detail-oriented Quality Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidatewill play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the higheststandards of quality and compliance. This position involves overseeing qualityinspection processes, implementing quality assurance protocols, andcollaborating with various departments to enhance overall quality managementpractices.
Job Type: Permanent, Full time
Core Responsibilities:
Conduct regular quality inspections of products and processesto ensure compliance with established standards.
Collaborate with the QA/QC team to develop and implementeffective quality assurance strategies.
Analyze data from quality control tests and inspections toidentify trends and areas for improvement.
Assist in the fabrication process by providing guidance onquality management practices.




Manage projects related to quality improvement initiatives,ensuring timely execution and adherence to specifications.
Document findings from inspections and audits, preparingreports for management review.
Train staff on quality control procedures and best practicesto foster a culture of quality within the organization.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in quality inspection or related fields ispreferred.
Familiarity with QA/QC methodologies and tools is essential.
Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpretcomplex data sets effectively.
Experience in project management is a plus, demonstrating theability to lead initiatives from conception through execution.
Knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices isrequired.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, arenecessary for effective collaboration across teams.
