Duties
Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping experience
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process sales accurately and quickly
Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and other payment methods with precision and integrity
Assist customers with product questions, including product demos and upselling opportunities to enhance their purchase experience
Maintain organized checkout areas, ensure proper merchandising at the register, and restock supplies as needed
Manage customer inquiries via phone or in-person with professionalism and clear communication




Support inventory management by conducting basic math calculations for stock counts and assisting in merchandising efforts

Skills
Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills to serve diverse customer needs effectively
Proven experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service roles
Solid communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities
Technical sales experience or familiarity with product demos to educate customers about features and benefits
Basic math skills for cash handling, balancing registers, and processing transactions accurately
Organizational skills to manage time efficiently during busy periods and multitask seamlessly
Knowledge of POS systems, merchandising practices, and retail operations to optimize the checkout process
