Duties
Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping experience
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges
Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and other payment methods with precision and integrity
Conduct product demos when needed to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure the checkout area is clean and inviting
Communicate effectively with team members regarding stock levels, customer needs, and sales goals




Manage time efficiently during busy periods to minimize wait times and maximize customer engagement

Requirements
Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
Solid communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude
Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail merchandising practices
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills and time management capabilities
Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and team members alike
