Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a Custodian to join our team. As a Custodian, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities. This is an important position that ensures a secure and clean environment for our staff and visitors.

Duties:
Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and break rooms
Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing duties

Skills:
Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning




Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices
Ability to operate cleaning equipment, such as vacuums and floor scrubbers
Familiarity with commercial cleaning products and techniques
Good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
