About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Development Specialist to join their multidisciplinary team in Kimberley . This role focuses on assessing, diagnosing, and intervening in developmental and behavioral issues in children from infancy through adolescence. You will work closely with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to create tailored intervention plans that support the child's optimal growth and well-being. Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive developmental and behavioral assessments for children.

Requirements
Advanced degree (e.g., Master's or Doctorate) in Psychology, Pediatrics, Child Development, or a related field.
Licensed or certified to practice in the relevant specialty.
Extensive experience in pediatric assessment, diagnosis, and intervention.
Deep understanding of child development, learning, and behavior.
Excellent diagnostic, therapeutic, and communication skills.
Experience working within a multidisciplinary team setting is essential.
