Duties
Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Provide companionship to promote emotional well-being and reduce feelings of loneliness
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary
Administer medications accurately according to care plans and document all medication activities
Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a tidy living workplace
Support clients with mobility and transfer techniques, including heavy lifting when required




Monitor health status, report changes to healthcare professionals, and follow prescribed care procedures

Experience
Prior experience in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home care environments is highly preferred
Proven ability to deliver patient-centered care with compassion and professionalism
Experience working with individuals with dementia is advantageous
Knowledge of hospice care practices and senior care best practices is beneficial
Positive communication skills to collaborate with families, healthcare teams, and clients
Certification in caregiving, nursing assistance, or related fields is a plus but not mandatory

Starts Oct 1st Monday to Saturday 1PM to 4PM
