In this full time position, you will play a vital role in coordinating efforts among internal and external stakeholders, including EMR vendors and delivery partners. You'll be responsible for guiding users through onboarding, managing operational support, and ensuring a smooth transition from pilot phases to operational status. Your efforts will improve clinician adoption and enhance service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate onboarding and adoption activities with stakeholders
• Manage documentation and monitor action items




• Support product transition from pilot to operational
• Update training materials and project documentation
• Enhance compliance with OMD EHR processes
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields
• Minimum three years in IT project support
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
• Familiarity with EMRs and large data analysis
