Duties

Provide additional services or maintenance based on mechanical knowledge and customer needs to maximize dealership revenue
Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and maintain detailed records of all financial exchanges

Maintain thorough documentation of service orders, customer interactions, and vehicle histories for seamless communication
Qualifications
Prior experience in a dealership or automotive service workplace is highly preferred
