Position Overview:
As a Registered Massage Therapist, you will provide a range of massage therapy services tailored to meet the individual needs of our clients. We offer a competitive commission structure based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough client assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.
Provide various massage therapy modalities, including but not limited to:
Swedish Massage: A gentle technique that promotes relaxation and improves circulation.
Deep Tissue Massage: Focuses on deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to relieve chronic pain.
Sports Massage: Designed for athletes, this modality helps prevent injuries and enhances performance.
Trigger Point Therapy: Targets specific points of tension to relieve pain and improve movement.
Hot Stone Massage: Uses heated stones to relax muscles and improve circulation.
Aromatherapy Massage: Incorporates essential oils to enhance relaxation and healing.
Prenatal Massage: Tailored for expecting mothers,
focusing on areas of tension and discomfort.
Maintain a clean and organized treatment space.
Stay current with industry trends and pursue ongoing professional development.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.
Qualifications:
Valid certification and registration as a Massage Therapist.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and manage time effectively.
