Job Description / Duties Assist Autopac customers by providing product and service information
Offer insurance solutions that fit clients’ needs
Quote and sell Travel Health Insurance polices
Maintain MPI & office inventory
Handle basic admin functions for personal lines department
Qualifications / Required Skills Customer Service Experience, in the Insurance Industry or similar
Hold a Level 1 or higher license, or have completed Fundamentals of Insurance
Proficient in Microsoft programs, including Word & Outlook
Applied Epic experience preferred but not a requirement




Experience in processing Autopac transactions and valuable knowledge of the IWS System preferred, but not required
