Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily production operations effectively and safely
• Schedule personnel and equipment for timely production
• Train, evaluate, and motivate production employees




• Enforce quality and safety standards following company policies
• Collaborate with maintenance to minimize downtime

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role
• Knowledge in Dairy operations and food safety practices
• Robust leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
• Proficient computer skills, Kronos experience is an asset
