Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care per established care plans
• Assist clients with daily living activities




• Observe and document client conditions
• Follow infection prevention practices
• Participate in continuous education activities

Requirements:
• Personal Support Worker certificate or enrolled in nursing program
• Clinical experience as a PSW within the last two years
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current immunization records and TB test
• Willing to undergo Vulnerable Sector Police Check
