Join a hands-on industrial decommissioning project working with CNC machinery and manufacturing equipment. We're looking for a mechanically skilled professional to safely dismantle, rig, and prepare equipment for removal and transport.
What You'll Do Decommission and dismantle CNC machines and industrial equipment
Disconnect hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
Rig, lift, and move machinery using cranes, forklifts, and other equipment
Label, document, and organize components for transport or reinstallation
Read blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals
Troubleshoot mechanical issues during disassembly
Maintain a safe, organized work environment
What We're Looking For 5+ years of industrial maintenance, millwright, or mechanical experience
Experience with CNC machinery or manufacturing equipment
Robust knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, drives, and power transmission systems
Experience with machinery installation, relocation, or decommissioning
Comfortable using rigging equipment, forklifts, and overhead cranes
Ability to read technical drawings and troubleshoot mechanical systems
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an industrial environment
Assets Millwright or Mechanical trade training
Forklift and/or Overhead Crane certification
Previous commissioning or decommissioning experience

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of EDMONTON, AB.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
