Vancity seeks a Member Experience Officer to enhance member engagement and promote digital tools in a full-time, permanent capacity. You will guide members, ensuring they have seamless access to Vancity’s services and support.

As a Member Experience Officer, you will play a critical role at Vancity's Downtown Community Branch. This position combines the traditional Financial Services Representative duties with Account Manager functions, allowing you to deepen member understanding of financial tools and services. You will balance in-branch duties and virtual support across multiple channels to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct basic member interviews to assess financial situations
• Onboard members for digital services and channels




• Perform transactions efficiently in-branch and via call center
• Gather member data to enhance organizational communication
• Promote other lines of business through member insights

Requirements:
• High School Diploma required; diploma preferred
• Experience in Financial Services Representative role preferred
• Strong skills in customer service and cash handling
• Comfortable with digital tools and relationship building
• Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
