This role within the Operational Solutions team requires organization and expertise in both training and communication. You'll work collaboratively with program managers to ensure all projects progress smoothly. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate NAM Retail Training initiatives and programs
• Manage logistics for training and learning events
• Ensure timely and accurate retail communications to stores




• Track project timelines and actions efficiently
• Maintain accurate data sets for daily operations

Requirements:
• Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written
• 2+ years of project coordination experience
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
• Background in retail operations preferred
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and communication tools
