This full-time role reports to the General Plant Manager and plays a vital role in factory operations and equipment upkeep. Candidates should possess post-secondary education in Industrial Maintenance and a solid background of 3-5 years in industrial settings. Your focus will be on ensuring safe and reliable plant performance while executing a preventative maintenance program.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic systems
• Support equipment commissioning and production ramp-up
• Execute preventative maintenance to reduce downtime




• Diagnose and repair equipment for operational continuity
• Maintain accurate records and logs of maintenance actions

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields
• 3-5 years of experience in industrial environments
• Robust knowledge of safety procedures and maintenance programs
• Capability to interpret mechanical drawings and schematics
• Awareness of Indigenous cultures is beneficial
