Job Description
Our client is looking for a Business Analyst role to join their team.

Must Have Primary Skills

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Commerce or an equivalent field

Minimum of ten (10) years of experience working as a business analyst

Minimum of five (5) years of experience documenting/conducting process analysis and re-engineering

Minimum of five (5) years of experience writing requirements, use cases and user stories

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in working on projects in agile environment

Nice To Have Secondary Skills

Accreditation from IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis) is considered an asset

Knowledge of the Business Analysis Book of Knowledge (BABOK) is considered an asset

Proven Experience In





Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand businessobjectives and document detailed business requirements.

Analyze and document current business processes and workflows, identifyingareas for improvement and optimization.

Develop comprehensive business cases outlining costs, benefits, and risks ofproposed solutions.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (including IT, operations, andmanagement) to ensure alignment of business and technology solutions.

Create functional specifications and user stories, ensuring they are clear,complete, and feasible for implementation.

Conduct impact analysis for proposed changes and enhancements to existingsystems and processes.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts and team membersas needed.
