Employment Type: Part-time (Minimum 10h/week) Reporting to the Manager of Student Services, the Student Services Assistant is the first point of contact for our students and families, supporting registration and general inquiries. This role plays a key part in ensuring a welcoming and effective experience for all visitors, while also supporting internal teams across operations, communications, and risk management. Provide exceptional customer service through timely communication and registration support Manage data entry and customer records within the registration system Collaborate with multiple departments to support daily operations Open and close the facility as required Support student needs, including bursary administration Administer first aid when needed (training provided)



Post-secondary education or equivalent experience ~1–2 years of customer service or client-facing experience ~ Experience working with children, youth, or in an educational setting ~ Confidence using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) ~ Experience with ActiveNet or similar systems (an asset) ~ Additional language skills (Mandarin, Cantonese, French, or Spanish) are an asset ~ First Aid or Mental Health First Aid certification (an asset) Diversity & Inclusion We encourage applications from individuals of all backgrounds, including Indigenous peoples, visible minorities, persons with disabilities, and people of all gender identities and sexual orientations.
