Persistently follow up by phone, text, and email to keep deals advancing. Our finance and admin team submits files to banks, manages approvals, and prepare all signing, delivery, and accounting paperwork. Proven sales scripts, templates, and ongoing training.
Inventory that you and your customers can get excited about. Solid sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing. Ability to read credit and educate customers.
