Randstad Canada is recruiting a Regional Accountant to support a regional real estate portfolio with accounting, budgeting and financial reporting across development and rental operations. You will prepare monthly, quarterly and year-end statements and assist with joint venture reporting.
The ideal candidate holds a CPA, has 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience, robust IFRS knowledge and advanced Excel skills, and can manage tight deadlines while delivering high-quality analyses.
