As part of the Pension Benefits & Policy team, you will develop and maintain essential policies and administrative guidelines. In this role, your insights into pension law and analytical skills will ensure our pension promise is delivered efficiently. You'll collaborate with teams to resolve policy issues while navigating complex regulatory landscapes in the healthcare community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain HOOPP administrative guidelines
• Collaborate on pension law education and policy advice




• Monitor regulatory changes impacting pension plan administration
• Clarify Plan text for management and stakeholders
• Conduct research on policy matters affecting benefits

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in pension administration
• Solid analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• University degree or equivalent training
