Salary Range: $50,000.00 To $60,000.00 AnnuallyJob SummaryThe Packaging Supervisor has the responsibility for leading, managing, and coaching their production staff with the goal to achieve quality product produced with highest production efficiency attainable while maintaining a secure working environment for their team. This position reports directly to the Plant Manager.Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesManaging, coaching, training and leading production employeesCultivating a work environment of positive and safe problem solvingWork to minimize downtime and delays within the production process while also:Ensure compliance to all company polices and standards with regards to health, safety, environmentEnsure compliance to all company quality standards, hold procedures, housekeeping, GMP, KPI reporting, correction action processes and continuous improvement.Optimizing capacity, flexibility and productivityManage, monitor and communicate production performance resultsWork closely with Brewing and Logistics to ensure maximum efficiency of production across entire supply chainWork closely with peers to set agreed to standards and consistency across all shifts.Write and maintain Standard Operating Procedures of line equipment and processes.Audit all production worksheets, check sheets, changeovers for standard practices and coach non-conforming work.CapabilitiesDelivers on Commitments sets clear, aggressive goals, achieves them through urgency,
