About This Role The Level II Staff RN in the clinic provides professional nursing care as a leader of the healthcare team, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established standards. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who are versatile and committed to quality patient care.
Highlights Pay: $67 - $92/hour
Location: Lancaster, CA
Facility: Antelope Valley OB/Gyn
Schedule: Per Diem, Rotating weekend days
What You'll Do Provide professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process.
Uphold Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures.
Serve as a leader of the healthcare team and delegate tasks appropriately.
Develop and contribute to individualized plans of care.
Monitor patient progress and revise care plans as needed.
Ensure patient safety and optimal pain control.
Document nursing processes and interventions accurately.




Participate in departmental performance improvement activities.
Practice customer service standards and maintain patient confidentiality.
Act as a resource and mentor to new employees and team members.
Requirements Education Registered Nurse License (California)
Experience 1-year recent experience in Maternal/Child Health, FCC, OB/GYN, or Women's Health in acute or ambulatory care
Licenses & Certifications Basic Life Support certification required
Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred
