Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with their shopping needs
• Organize and arrange merchandise on store shelves
• Process donations and interact with donors positively

Requirements:
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team
• Open to flexible hours, weekdays and weekends
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to sustainability and community service
