We're growing and looking for a passionate, experienced education leader to join our team.The OpportunityWe are seeking a dedicated Education Director to lead our academic programs, mentor our tutoring team, and ensure every student achieves outstanding results. This is a key leadership role responsible for the quality and success of our educational delivery.Job details:This role is in-person. You must be able to commute to this location. This is not an online job. Relocation packages are not available. Vulnerable sector screening is mandatory.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all academic programs and ensure high-quality delivery of Oxford Learning's curriculumRecruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of tutors and instructorsConduct regular tutor observations, feedback sessions, and professional developmentMonitor student progress and implement strategies to maximize results and retentionCommunicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and program recommendationsMaintain strong relationships with local schools and the communitySupport centre operations including scheduling, assessments,
