Estheticians must be able to build rapport with clients and approach all client interactions with reverence for the guest. A successful Esthetician will excel at retail sales and will continuously commit to product training and meet or exceed personalized sales goals.Duties and Responsibilities:Abides by theWellness & Spa Policies and Procedures GuidelinesProvides high-level customer service, as well as protected and efficacious services to all guestsFollows service protocol during all treatmentsDemonstrates advanced technical ability during treatmentsComfortably discuss services,



treatment plans and recommendations with clientsReviews client Health History/Release forms prior to services adapting for any contraindicationsMaintains cleanliness of treatment rooms and other areas of the Spa.Ensures the safe and proper use of spa equipmentAbility to educate clients and sell skincare and beauty lines sold in our boutiqueCompletes customized Skincare Recommendations sheets for all facial clientsCompletes treatment notes on all visiting clients noting preferences or recommendations.Willing to upgrade and learn new protocols during training and incorporating them in the treatments.Assists with stocking and inventoryResponsible for fostering a healthy attitude and working relationships with all co-workers and members of managementOther tasks as assigned e.G doing Laundry and folding of spa linen.Requirements:Fluency in EnglishExceptional customer service skillsAbility to meet personalized sales goalsCourteous and professional demeanourAble to work in a team or independentlyAdvanced time management skillsAbility to sit or stand for extended periods of timeAbility to work in a humid environmentMust be well groomed, and comply with the spa dress-code policyOngoing Customer service and product line training attendance is mandatoryAvailability to work evening/ weekend /required shifts.Education and Experience:Previous spa or hospitality experience as an asset.Ayurveda/Esthetician, Massage education programme.Previous experience with Booker or other scheduling applications considered an asset.
