Moguls is a small, independent cafe that takes pride in great coffee and building community. We’re looking for a hands-on Supervisor to join our leadership team and help the cafe run smoothly.
What you'll do
- Work alongside the team and lead by example
- Coach and train team members, including new hires
- Give warm, attentive service and help resolve customer concerns
- Order stock and maintain inventory levels
- Keep daily operations organised, clean, and ready for service
- Support opening, closing, and cash handling
What you bring
- Dependable, organised, and willing to take responsibility
- A practical, team-oriented leadership style
- Strong communication skills
- Calm, focused, and helpful when it's busy
- Coffee or cafe experience preferred; training provided
