Top-Tier Supplements is a locally owned and operated supplement store in Regina, and we’re looking for a motivated, knowledgeable, and dependable individual to join our growing team.

Previous employment in the supplement industry is not required. However, a strong personal interest in weight training, nutrition, health, and supplementation is highly valued.

Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, positive shopping experience for every customer.
- Engage with customers to understand their fitness goals, nutritional needs, and supplement preferences.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and product knowledge.
- Confidently explain the benefits, ingredients, and proper use of supplements.




- Actively recommend complementary products when they provide genuine value to the customer.
- Accurately process transactions, including product quantities, pricing, promotions, and discounts.
- Follow all store procedures for creating customer accounts, recording contact information, and completing sales.
- Maintain organized, clean, and fully stocked shelves and product displays.
- Continuously expand your knowledge of supplements, nutrition, and fitness products.
- Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and management.
- Take ownership of your responsibilities and contribute positively to the team’s success.

Retail or sales experience is an asset, but not required. Personal experience with fitness, nutrition, and supplementation is highly valued.
